Account

Company details can be adjusted via “My account” (request for change) or by contacting us.

Yes, within one company account multiple users can be created with their own login details.

In the portal, via “My account”, you have insight into your order history and invoices; these can also be exported.

Prices & conditions

Prices are only visible to logged-in (business) customers.

You see your applicable purchase prices (excluding VAT). Via the “i” in the table the consumer recommended retail prices can also be found. Transport costs are shown in the order overview, if applicable.

The current price list is available via “Downloads” in the portal.

Yes, via “More” you can choose “Hide prices”, so that all prices are temporarily hidden.

The minimum order value is €500. The webshop will automatically indicate whether you have reached the minimum order amount.

Ordering & order process

Via the webshop you can select the desired articles and place them in your shopping cart. When you are finished with the order, you can place the order via your shopping cart. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been completed. After that, our sales team will contact you for the delivery.

Note: the articles in your shopping cart are not reserved for you from stock; only once the order has been placed will the stock be reserved.

It is not possible to request a quotation via the portal. Would you like to receive a customized quotation? Then contact your account manager or our sales team.

The payment method depends on the agreements made with your account manager. For new customers, prepayment is requested by default. 

Yes, we offer this option. Contact your account manager to discuss the possibilities.

We advise you to contact us as soon as possible. Changes are only possible as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

If you want to reserve products temporarily, we advise you to contact us.

If possible, products are shipped in one delivery. With different delivery times, the order can be sent in partial deliveries.

Stock & availability

In the portal the stock status is visually displayed on the product page:

  • Green line: in stock (current stock visible)
  • Orange line: in transit (via the information icon (“i”) you can see the expected availability)
  • “Sold out”: not in stock and not available in the short term

Products that are not in stock but are in transit can be ordered as a backorder via the portal. Do you want to place a backorder for a product that is not yet in transit? Please contact us.

Delivery & logistics

Shipping costs depend on the country from which you are ordering.

For delivery to certain regions, a free shipping threshold has been set, meaning that for orders above a certain value, the shipping costs will be waived. If you would like to know the minimum order amount for free delivery in advance, please contact your account manager or our sales team.

If all products from your order are in stock, we deliver within 5 working days.

After your order has been processed, our sales team will contact you to schedule the delivery.

It is possible to indicate a desired delivery date, or to place an order early for a later delivery.

Yes, if possible we combine different orders to reach the minimum free-delivery amount and thus limit transport costs.

All our products are standard equipped with a plastic cover and packaged in a cardboard box. Upon delivery, the products are carefully packed on pallets to prevent transport damage.

Warranty, complaints & service

We provide 5 years warranty on all our products. For more information about the warranty, we refer you to the “General information sheet”, which can be found via “Downloads”.

We ask you to check the delivery immediately and report any damage to us as soon as possible so that we can think of a suitable solution with you. Any minor damage can be repaired using our repair kit, which is available on request in every color.

Products & materials

The planters are made of a unique polyester-based material composition. This makes them lightweight, UV-resistant and frost-resistant.

The products are designed for long-term use and are resistant to UV radiation and frost.

Yes, provided they are applied correctly according to the planting guidelines. For more information about the application of our products, we kindly refer you to the “General information sheet”, which can be found via “Downloads”.

Clean with lukewarm water and a soft brush. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents and pressure washers.

Our planters are supplied as standard with a rubber drainage plug to seal the drainage hole. However, for indoor use we always recommend using an inner liner as well to guarantee waterproofing. The inner liners can be found under the “extra” series. The flexible inner liners are available in round, square and rectangular shapes, in various sizes, and can be cut to the desired height due to the flexible material.

Each product is equipped as standard with drainage holes and integrated feet in the base. Depending on the size of the planter, holes are already pre-drilled. If additional holes are required, these can easily be drilled using a masonry or metal drill bit. The number of holes that need to be drilled in the planter depends on the type of planting and the size of the planter.

Ensure that the drainage holes are open and use, for example, clay pebbles and root cloth for proper water discharge. To ensure extra good drainage, it is possible to place a set of Potfeet under the planter. These are available in three different colours, so that a matching set of Potfeet is available for every planter.

The weights of the products can be found on the product detail page in our portal. A complete list with all product information can be downloaded via “Downloads”.

Our high-quality planters are handmade. Due to this production process and the use of different materials, each planter is unique. It cannot be excluded that small colour differences may be present.

Marketing & support for professionals

We offer various tools to support sales. All our products are available as a mini variant and available in a sample box (to be found via our portal), and we can send a package of sample tiles of our colours/structures free of charge. In addition, all our products are available as a 3D model (downloadable via the product pages in our portal or via “Downloads”). All our product information can also be found in our extensive catalogue.
