Account

You can request an account by filling out the registration form. Once your registration is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. We aim to process registrations within 24 hours.

Order information

To order through the website, you need an account. With this account, you can view our prices and stock, and have direct access to your order history and invoices. If you don't have an account yet, you can request one by filling out the registration form.

We only sell to businesses (green resellers such as landscapers, florists, retailers, and wholesalers). Consumers cannot order directly from us, but we are happy to refer you to a sales point. Please contact us by phone at +31 (0)416-725003 or email info@lucalifestyle.com.

You can select the desired items from the webshop and add them to your shopping cart. When you're ready to order, you can complete the order through your shopping cart. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is completed. Our sales team will then contact you regarding delivery. Please note, items in your shopping cart are not reserved from stock until the order is placed.

Depending on the country or region, there is a minimum order amount. The webshop will automatically indicate if you have met the minimum order amount. If you'd like to know the minimum order amount in advance, you can contact your account manager or our sales team.

Items placed in your shopping cart will remain there, so you can complete the order at any time. Please note, the items in your cart are not reserved from stock until the order is placed.

Once you are logged in, you can view the stock levels per product. If a product is out of stock, it will be replenished shortly. For exact delivery dates or to place a backorder, we recommend contacting us.

Payment

The payment method depends on the agreements made with your account manager. New customers are generally asked for an advance payment.

Complaints and warranty

We offer a standard 5-year warranty on our products. Our high-quality planters are handmade. Due to the production process and the use of various materials, each planter is unique. Small color variations may occur. Proper planting and unobstructed water drainage when used outdoors are conditions for warranty.

We inspect all packaging before shipping to ensure your order is shipped undamaged and complete. Unfortunately, it may happen that something is overlooked or damaged during transport. We recommend always checking the products upon receipt and inspecting them for damage. If you have received a damaged product, please report it to us immediately.

Prices

Prices are visible once you're logged in.

All prices you see are your purchase prices, excluding 21% VAT and shipping costs. For Dutch customers, VAT is always charged. For customers outside the Netherlands, no VAT is charged. Any price agreements will be automatically calculated and displayed in the webshop.

Product information

All our products are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Due to the unique material composition based on polyester, all our products are frost-resistant, UV-resistant, and lightweight.

When using our products outdoors, we recommend considering the following:

  • Drainage Holes: 

Ensure excess water can flow freely from the planter by using a drainage hole. Depending on the size of the planter, there may already be pre-drilled holes. If additional holes are needed, they can be easily drilled with a stone or steel drill bit. The number of holes to be drilled depends on the type of planting and the size of the planter.

  • Pot Feet: 

To ensure good drainage, you can place a set of Pot Feet under the planter. These are available in three different colors, so a matching set of Pot Feet is available for every planter.

  • Filling: 

The drainage holes in the bottom must always remain clear. This can be done by filling the bottom of the planter with clay pebbles, covering it with root cloth, and then adding soil. The integrated feet under the planter ensure that water can drain.

When using our products indoors, we recommend considering the following:

  • Our planters come standard with a rubber drain plug to seal the drainage hole. However, we also recommend using an insert cover for indoor use.
  • Flexible Insert Covers ensure waterproof planting:
    • Available in both round and square shapes
    • Available in various sizes
    • The flexible material allows the cover to be shaped and trimmed to the desired height
  • The planters are handmade, so we cannot offer a warranty on waterproofing if used without an insert cover.

Our products are equipped with a drainage hole and a rubber drain plug. For indoor use, we always recommend using an insert cover to ensure waterproof planting.

Our products are UV-resistant due to the use of a unique material composition based on polyester. Therefore, we also offer a 5-year warranty on our products, including colorfastness.

For maintaining our products, we recommend considering the following:

  • After purchasing the planter, it should be unpacked as soon as possible to prevent moisture damage.
  • We recommend simple cleaning with lukewarm water and a soft brush.
  • Do not use harsh cleaning agents, pressure washers, or hard brushes.
  • For heavier dirt, mild cleaning agents can be used.
  • We advise against moving a fully filled planter. Planters with wheels can be moved.
  • Minor damage can be repaired using our repair kit. It is available upon request in any color.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs depend on the country from which you are ordering.

For delivery to certain regions, a free shipping threshold has been set, meaning that for orders above a certain value, the shipping costs will be waived. If you would like to know the minimum order amount for free delivery in advance, please contact your account manager or our sales team.
